Our homemade party favors in this Halloween series includes a new party favor that we have just started to make. The party favors are called candy tubes. They are a fun shape and they are unique and a little different. I patterned this idea after a tootsie roll candy. The shape is similar, well a lot fatter, and twists at the ends. This printable candy tube is made by printing and cutting out the spider candy tube image. Cut a second piece of paper the same size. Roll the plain strip of paper in a tube and tape together at the ends. Tape a piece of black tulle around the tube having a couple of inches over lapping at each end. Wrap the spider image stripe around this tulled tube and tape together at the ends. With a black ribbon twist the tulle and tie at one end. Insert your yummy concoctions and twist, and tie the other end closed. These make a really great Halloween party ideas and are fun displayed in a large Halloween basket or container or even having them rolling around on your table.
