These “Dracula” Candy cones stand up and don’t have to be placed in a cone holder. Place your candy or treats in a clear plastic bag and tie the candy to the cone.  You can either leave the bag of candy  free hanging or you can punch two holes at the top of the cone and tie the candy with ribbon to the cone.  The cone wraps around itself.  Hot glue or tape the edges of the cone together.
