We made up a bunch of these pirate labels and stapled them to the top of individual chip bags.  The chip bags were placed in a large bowl and placed  on a separate table with the soda pops.  We put the soda pops in a large plastic tub filled with ice.  The guests could help themselves to chips and drinks as they came to the party.
