She wanted an “Under The Sea” party for her birthday and the theme was perfect for a pool party.  We had several guests here and several different options for homemade party favors.  Guests could pick and choose just about anything.   These napkin rings were displayed in a basket with a blue cloth to look like they were swimming in a sea of water.
