We made chocolate cupcakes with a pink cream filling and then decorated them with these watermelon cupcake wrappers. You can also make watermelon cupcakes (there are a lot of good recipes to choose from), frost them and decorate the tops of the cupcakes with either mini chocolate chips or black cake decorating beads. You can find the beads at most craft stores or cake decorating departments at your local store.
