These Halloween party favors are quick to put together and they make a spooktacular hand-out for all goblins.  The sacks are printed on copy paper, scored along the dotted lines, folded and then insert regular size flat candy bars into the sacks.  There are three different witch tag colors.  They are orange, green and purple.  Print off all the colors or choose your favorite color.  There are also two different options to display the sacks.  There is a taller option.  With this option punch two holes at the top of the sack and string ribbon, jute or raffia through the holes.  You can also print off the shorter sacks and have the candy bars stick up out of the top of the sacks.
