These fun delicious little guys actually are easier to make then you would think.  I love pumpkin rolls, but I have always been intimated to make one.  After making this it was actually pretty fun and didn’t take that long to make.  The cake only bakes for 10 minutes.  The longest part of the whole process is letting the cake cool.  The turkey face is a vanilla wafer, candy eyes and a candy corn.  The feathers are pecans and the legs are pretzels.  This is a yummy dessert that kids and adults will love.
