Under-the-Sea Octopus Cupcake Ideas

These octopus cupcakes are easy, delicious, festive and they are a perfect treat for our  “Under the Sea” theme. Simply make your favorite cupcakes and frost with blue icing.  We just used store bought icing.  Attach candy eyes (purchased at Walmart) to a large gum drop.  Place the gumdrop on top of the cupcake and attach eight  gummy worms for the legs.  Both kids and adults loved this “Under the Sea” treat.
