White Chocolate Popcorn Recipe

So easy!

White Chocolate Popcorn

16 cups buttered store bought popcorn (you can also use microwave popcorn)

2 cups mini marshmallows

One 12 oz. package white chocolate chips

1 cup lightly salted party peanuts

You will need a very large bowl or pan.  Place the popcorn in the bowl.  Place the 2 cups of marshmallows on top of the popcorn.  Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler.  Pour the melted chips on top of the marshmallows and popcorn.  Stir to coat. (The marshmallows do not melt.) Stir in peanuts.  Enjoy!
