These cones have the bottoms cut off and the candy is placed in a bag and tied to the cone.   Candy cones are so cute, but if you don’t have a cone holder to put them in they are hard to display.  Cutting off the bottoms of the cones are the perfect solution and we displayed them in groups on our party table.
